Welcome to Rays Dominoes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "User"), and Rayboomboomroom LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Rays Dominoes mobile application and the web portal managed at raydominos.reaboomboomroom.com (collectively, the "Platform").

Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or downloading the Platform, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform and must delete it immediately.

1. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

1.1 Age Limit: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to download, register, or use this Platform.

1.2 Geographic Limit: The Platform is restricted strictly to users physically located within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Accessing the Platform via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or any location-masking software from outside these territories is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all balances.

2. Identity and Account Verification

2.1 Mandatory Verification: To participate in paid tournaments, redeem prizes, or request cash payouts, users must successfully complete identity verification.

2.2 Required Documents: Verification requires the submission of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID along with a live facial photo verification scan.

2.3 Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and complete identification details. Falsifying structural identity records will lead to immediate permanent ban and potential legal prosecution.

3. The Triple-Wallet System and Financial Rules

3.1 Domino Bucks Wallet (Utility Account)

• Purpose: Funds deposited here are converted into virtual credits ("Domino Bucks") at a fixed exchange rate of $1.00 USD per 1 Domino Buck. These credits are strictly utilized for paid tournament entry fees and ad-removal mechanics.
• Strict Non-Refundability: Deposits made into the Domino Bucks Wallet are explicitly non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Once cash is converted into Domino Bucks, those funds remain locked within the application environment for utility purposes only.

3.2 Payout Wallet (Winnings Ledger)

• Purpose: This wallet balance tracks funds legally won through verified tournament placements.
• Nature of Winnings: Depending on the selected tournament bracket parameters, prizes are distributed as either direct Cash Payouts or fixed Promotional Prizes such as cruises, theme park packages, or event tickets.
• Processing Fees: All cash-out transactions initiated from the Payout Wallet are subject to a 3% processing and administrative fee subtracted automatically from the withdrawal total.
• Verification Prerequisite: No withdrawal or prize disbursement will be approved unless full 18+ ID and live face verification have been cleared.

3.3 Reward Keys Wallet (Play-to-Earn Engagement Tracking)

• Accrual Rates: Users earn $0.01 worth of key credit per completed standard game and $0.03 worth of key credit per completed reward video viewed. All metrics are logged strictly within the user's personal Rewards Calendar.
• The 750 Key Milestone: Upon achieving exactly 750 keys, the user is entitled to redeem the balance for either a $30.00 entry credit toward a paid tournament or a selectable Ad-Free Pass in a weekly, monthly, or yearly tier.

4. Tiers of Membership ("JOIN" Protocol)

4.1 Inclusions: Purchasing an active monthly membership grants the user automated entry into the monthly Championship Tournament and removes all standard video advertising from the application workspace.

4.2 Ad Policy Retention: While video ads are fully suppressed during active membership, static digital banners will remain live on the interface layout.

4.3 Promotional Prize Cadence: Promotional travel and experience prizes are structured as follows: monthly for Months 1 through 4 of your consecutive membership tier, shifting to a recurring cadence of once every six (6) months from Month 5 forward.

5. Tournament Regulations and Discovery Schedules

5.1 The Main Event Schedule: Official tournaments are rigidly scheduled to take place on the 3rd Saturday of every calendar month at exactly 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

5.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy: All tournament entries are executed with finality. No refunds, partial credits, or entry ticket rollovers will be issued if a user fails to log in or compete during the locked tournament timeframe.

6. Skill-Based Gaming Compliance

6.1 Predominance of Skill: Rays Dominoes is entirely designed, structured, and operated as a game of skill. Chance elements are completely secondary to player calculation, strategy, and execution. By participating, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on your relative skill set compared to other competitors.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 "As-Is" Service: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Rayboomboomroom LLC explicitly disclaims any warranties of any kind.

7.2 Limitation: In no event shall Rayboomboomroom LLC, its owners, or directors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime, loss of play data, or transaction interruptions.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement and any operational disputes arising out of Platform use shall be governed strictly by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
